1. Get constant speed Unhook and let yourself go down wind,
2. Loose the edge and center your weight on the board keeping the kite in a neutral position,
3. Push on your back leg to get the nose of the board out of the water (start an ollie) and use your front leg to start the rotation of the board by dragging it over the front pad of the board (this leg movement has to be almost simultaneous)
4. Keep your eyes on the board to spot your landing on it. Use both of your feet to stop the rotation of the board.
5. Land with all your weight divided between both legs and Allow your knees to swallow the impact,
6. Bring the kite to the power zone recover the edge and ride away.
Try this trick hooked until you master it and then go unhooked.
Remember kite skimming is a technical sport and requires lots of practice and patience to master it.
